Located just outside Souris, PEI in Rollo Bay; Atlantic Sea Smolt is the primary Atlantic Salmon smolt provider to Ocean Legacy; one of Canada's earliest pioneers of ocean-raised Atlantic Salmon. We are currently looking for an individual who is seeking an exciting career raising premium Atlantic Salmon throughout the early rearing stages of their life cycle. Reporting to the Director of Marine Production, the Hatchery Manager will be responsible for utilizing company resources: human, capital, equipment, supplies to produce safe, quality Atlantic Salmon juveniles in a cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will have a post secondary education in Aquaculture, management experience in a fresh water re-circulation Atlantic Salmon hatchery and must enjoy working individually and as part of a team in both inside and outside working conditions.
