TIES U.S. - Mexico University Partnership Awards
Higher Education for Development

Higher Education for Development (HED), in cooperation with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), anticipates making up to (5) five awards of up to $300,000 each as part of the U.S.-Mexico Training, Internships, Exchanges, and Scholarships (TIES) Initiative.
